Nanatsu No Taizai Chapter 130 - The Gently Piercing Pain

Writer: Axlorg

First of all I am shitty person. You got that? I am especially shitty because I have missed these Taizai greatness reviews since the chapters were great (as always). Though let's continue on the review now. The chapter starts off with a recap of why the group is going to meet the druids. That is to recover Meliodas's power from which Merlin sealed off long ago. Apparently, the captains power would invoke emotionally. After Melidoas had let his guard down, Merlin stole his power and asked the Druids to seal it. Now that the Ten Commandments are back though, it is necessary to gain back his powers.
Wait, doesn't that mean Elizabeth's heritage is basically from druids?

Dragon Ball Super Chapter 1 Review

Dragon Ball Super Chapter 1 Review - The God of Destruction's Prophetic Dream
Written by: ClayDragon

Hallelujah!
It's finally here! After almost 20 years we get a proper, canon continuation of the Dragon Ball series! Although the series proper is meant to take place after the newest movie, Resurrection F, this first chapter takes place not long after Goku's defeat of Kid Buu at the end of Dragon Ball Z. And what is the mighty hero doing after saving the world, you might ask? Farming.

Fairy Tail Chapter 441 Review - Caracol Island

Written by Shiggins

Nostalgia overload!

Seriously, if you were expecting another dark, intense, mystery-revealing chapter again like we've been having recently, you might end up disappointed. This week focused more on light-hearted fun with references to previous arcs and some cleavage that makes you glad to be alive. And in all honesty, I'm happy with that. In fact, let's play a game. I'm going to count all the nostalgia moments in this chapter. Ready? Go!

You don't want to disappoint them, do you?

Top 10 Anime-Related Video Games

Top 10 Anime-Related Video Games
Written by: ClayDragon & Shiggins

Apart from being big fans of anime and manga, both Shiggins and I are also big video game fans. And since E3 has just finished, what better time to talk about video games? Here, we’re looking at the best anime-related video games out there, although the usual ‘one entry per series’ rule still applies. We’ve defined an ‘anime-related video game’ as a game that appears on a proper console and is either an adaptation of an anime, or has an anime adaptation. This means that games like Ni no Kuni and Fire Emblem Awakening are not included here, regardless of how good they are.

Fairy Tail Chapter 440 Review - God Serena

Written by Shiggins

Well... We're boned!

This is usually when I do some sort of big rant about generic silliness but I wanna talk about this chapter so let's just dive in! The first thing we see is Natsu and the others, shocked by Mest-Bolt's news as to why Makarov left and the big flashback session from last week.  Everybody is concerned and unsure, clearly worried about the father of the Guild.

EVERYBODY PANIC!

Fairy Tail Zero Chapter 11 Review - That Which Disappears

Holy hell, I almost forgot about Zero!

Sorry about that FTZ. I didn't mean to forget you. I just get bored because you're a prequel and other than a few exceptions, I find prequels unnecessary and bullshit. As all of you readers know, I don't really care hugely about this Zero series anymore because I know the outcome of it all. However, this is one of those times where I'm far warmer because, although predictable, it was well-written enough to provide some entertainment. And it also answered the BIG question these 11 chapters have had looming over it's head since it began.

"I like watching you sleep, Yuriy."

Death Parade Anime Review

Death Parade Anime Review
Written by: ClayDragon

What happens when we die? Do we go to a fluffy cloud heaven, or burn in hell for all eternity? Are we permanently trapped in a featureless black void? Do we simply cease to exist, with our memories and consciousness vanishing forever? Or do we wake up in a mysterious bar, where a white-haired bartender asks us to play a game with our lives on the line? This is the question that Death Parade answers, although it’s made clear from the beginning that the answer is not clear-cut.

Top 10 Anime Anti-Villains

Top 10 Anime Anti-Villains
Written by: ClayDragon & Shiggins

On the opposite side of the coin from anti-heroes, you have the anti-villains. Whilst these characters are very definitely bad guys, they still have some heroic goals, virtues or morals that other villains lack. They tend to be the most interesting villains, as they have a more human aspect to them that doesn’t appear very often. Plus, they’re really, really cool.

Fairy Tail Chapter 438 & 439 Review - The Seventh Guild Master & Arbaless Kingdom

Written by Shiggins

College is over so I can devote myself, body and soul, to you!

Our first chapter begins with the most important plot point of almost any series in history. That's right, ladies and gents... IT'S SHOWER TIME! Oh yes, beloved shower time! As important as bath time or spa time, shower time is truly the beginning of a masterpiece story and the perfect way to begin our tale. Lucy in a shower might seem like pointless fanservice but it's actually a clever usage of nudity that sets a cheerful and pleasant scene of relaxation and comfort. Hooray!

If you can't see how important these scenes are, then frankly I'm just embarrassed for you.

Bleach 629 Review – Gate of the Sun

Bleach 629 Review – Gate of the Sun
Written by: ClayDragon

Having decided to name his new fortress ‘Wahrwelt’ (which means ‘New World’ in German), Yhwach declares that it will hold the future of the Quincies. Haschwalth agrees, saying that the only thing left to do now is to commit genocide against the Soul Reapers. Meanwhile, Urahara admires the structure from the outside, and Shunsui states that the Quincies are waiting for them. With this, the Soul Reapers begin to advance towards the castle.
